Once upon a time, we used to go to the movies. But since the coronavirus descended upon us seven months ago, things have changed. Theaters are mostly open again, but they continue to struggle to attract viewers. Meanwhile, the streaming landscape of movies and television shows online seems as if it’s exploded in popularity.

Each week, the Plugged In team scours various online streaming outlets for the movies we think your family might be interested in seeing. And we’re reasonably sure that we’ve seen more than a few movies (and TV shows) in the last seven months that we might not have had the chance to see were it not for COVID-19.

And you know what? Some of them are even pretty good.

So in this episode of The Plugged In Show, our team talks about some of our favorite “hidden gems” of the pandemic era, movies you might very well have missed. If you’re looking for some new things to watch on TV, you won’t want to miss this discussion! Below you’ll find links to everything we’ve talked about in this episode:

Adam R. Holz
