‘Keeper’ is a strange and surreal puzzle video game. But even doubters will likely say it’s a, uh, keeper.

‘Now You See Me: Now You Don’t’ brings back the magical Horsemen for a new abracadabra scheme. That’s not to suggest, though, that it’s magical for all.

‘Roofman’ has Channing Tatum crank up the nice guy charm, but it’s a pretty vapid waste of time that sends all the wrong messages, no matter what roof you’re on.

‘Nuremberg’ transports moviegoers back to difficult historical truths—but with deeper thoughts on the reality of evil.

‘Grand Prix of Europe’ is littles-friendly and colorful, with nice lessons that parents can cheer on.

‘Christy’ is an interesting story featuring a hard-hitting star. But there’s a whole lot of wince-worthy body blows to endure on this movie ticket.

‘The Outer Worlds 2’ sports winking color, but the fun is dripping with gooey gunk as well.

‘Good Fortune’ take a derivative glance at our not-so-wonderful lives. It comes up a few bells and angel wings short.

‘The Smashing Machine’ is an inconsistent, unrewarding story. Viewers are pounded to the mat with foul language, drug use and in-the-ring gore.

‘Anniversary’ portrays a crumbling family and country as they wrestle with crushing specters of political extremism.

‘Pokémon Legends: Z-A’ is packed with creature-collecting fun, but it may not be the cheery, catch-‘em-all frolic that younger fans expect.

‘Anemone’ is thought-provoking, beautifully filmed and well-acted. But it’s also profanely foul and filled with angry outbursts against God and people of faith.

‘Eleanor the Great’ lives up to its title in many ways, despite coming with some content issues to navigate.

‘Nicktoons & The Dice of Destiny’ offers pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a Nickelodeon game: colorful characters, silly fun and mess-free RPG battles.

This monster sequel is known as one of the best of the Universal Horror Classics. But there still might be creepy bits for the younger monster fans in the crowd.
