LISTEN TO THE PLUGGED IN SHOW, EPISODE 107

Artificial Intelligence is getting more intelligent all the time. Granted, you can’t have a robust conversation with your car just yet or send your Alexa robot off to fetch groceries, but such things may be just around the corner. But as our machines grow smarter, the entertainment industry grows more fascinated. From inspiring looks at what such technology could do for us (Finch) to comically dire warnings of the future (The Mitchells vs. the Machines), A.I. is on screens everywhere.

How should we process those futuristic stories and A.I. in general? Our team has plenty of thoughts on that, from the practical to the spiritual. And we promise that every thought comes out of our organic-if-imperfect brains. (And if your smart listening device censors anything we say, let us know about it.)

Then we move from the realm of science fiction to the realm of pure fantasy in the form of Amazon Prime’s sprawling, lavishly expensive The Wheel of Time series (based on Robert Jordan’s bestselling books).

We cannot tell a lie: We think you’ll enjoy our chat. So listen in and let us know what you think on Facebook, Instagram, by email ([email protected]) or by phone (800-A-FAMILY).
