LISTEN TO THE PLUGGED IN SHOW, EPISODE 109

Peter Parker first swung into action all the way back in August of 1962 in the pages of Amazing Fantasy No. 15. And if the box office is any indication, Spider-Man’s as popular now as he’s ever been. Despite COVID’s stubborn persistence, Spider-Man: No Way Home nabbed a massive $260 million in its North American opening last weekend. Clearly people still want to know what their friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is up to these days.

In this week’s episode of The Plugged In Show, we’ll talk about exactly that—spoiler-free, I might add. But we’ll go beyond the story and plot, diving into a deeper conversation about what themes the movie explores and what content concerns parents might want to be aware of.

In the second segment of this week’s podcast, I’ll talk with Focus on the Family Vice President Danny Huerta about how we can begin to move from being consumers to being contributors whose lives bless others.

So take a listen and let us know what you think about our discussion and Spider-Man: No Way Home. Did you love it? Hate it? Somewhere in between? You can let us know on Facebook and Instagram. (Or send us an email at [email protected], too.)
