YouTube Channel Review

A fun, educational channel on YouTube, started in 2017 by educators Joanna and Matt Pace, Hopscotch is all about teaching very young students fundamental learning concepts. But instead of a lecture, they teach through short songs of all genres.

Don’t know all seven continents? No sweat, there’s a song for that. What about the five oceans? Yup, covered. Need to memorize those planets? Not an issue.

The real beauty here is that your littles can have fun learning while singing along to songs that are sure to get stuck in their heads. (And yours too.)

Positive Content

Kids learn about the Earth’s habitats, the water cycle and the planets in the solar system. They also learn how to count, how to multiply, how to recognize shapes and colors and how to treat others with kindness, empathy and respect.

Content Concerns

There are no concerns here.

Channel Summary

Hopscotch gives young learners a fun, catchy way to memorize basic facts about science, geography and mathematics.
