Survival Guide Resources

We know it can be a daunting task to give up screens. But it can be done! We’re here to help you every step of the way if you choose to take a break from your devices during Lent 2025 or any other time!

Below, we’ve included a “Survival Guides” for each day of the Screen Fast to help you unplug and connect with your family. There’s a Survival Guide PDF for each day that can be downloaded in advance of your Screen Fast so you’ll be set up for success.

Screen Fast Survival Guides

Each day’s Survival Guide includes a short devotion and covers an activity—broken down by age groups—that can be done with the whole family to replace the need for screens. Mix and match our suggestions to find out what works best for your family during Screen Fast 2025 and beyond!
