UPDATED REVIEW: Arrested Development's development was arrested by Fox in 2006. Now it's growing again … on Netflix. Is it the same old Bluth show with the same old Bluth problems?

In a way, the Fosters are a throwback to shows from the 1950s and '60s, where families were largely aspirational. This, its makers suggest, is how a healthy family looks. But there's one big glaring difference.
