Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the “high-priced hooker” at the center of the Eliot Spitzer call girl scandal, has signed with Violator Management as she embarks on the next phase of her career. Violator, led by veteran manager Chris Lighty, has helped steer the careers of rappers like 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes and Mobb Deep. The deal includes Dupre’s anticipated memoirs, which she’s reportedly working on now, and will no doubt segue into the music world, as Dupre has made it a point in interviews to mention that her goal is to make it big in the music industry. Following the scandal, Dupre’s MySpace page was besieged by 9 million pages views and more than 3 million listens for her singles “Move Ya Body” and “What We Want.” Despite her illegal past occupation, Dupre was granted immunity after testifying against Spitzer, who stepped down as Governor of New York.
